With holiday parties fast approaching, have you thought about what you’ll take the host? I sure have! I’ve come up with more than a dozen ideas ranging in price, from $8 to $90. Most everything is under $50 and I have to say, I think I have some pretty great ideas.
I’d like to tell you about a few:
Minute Mimosa Sugar Cube Set These are a great idea for the lady in your life that loves a mimosa. They’re fun, delicious and totally different. You drop the cube into a glass of champagne and you have an instant mimosa. They actually come in a ton of flavors, but these ones look delicious. I have the arcadia orange and I can’t wait to try it! My suggestion is to purchase the fun champagne glass, the mimosa sugar cube set, and a bottle of champagne. Truly the perfect gift!
What about a gift for the person who has it all, loves to host and has a great sense of humor? Try a funny coffee table book. It will be the talk of the party or just something fun to read on their own. Since the Hallmark channel has been on a lot at our house lately, we’ve been seeing the Golden Girls popping up late at night, so I had to share this funny book!
Maybe you’re working on a smaller budget or you want to do something a little more personal. I love taking fresh flowers (particularly hydrangeas because they last) in a pretty vase or making up a batch of my favorite holiday treats and filling a reusable counter container (this one is so cute!)
Maybe a bottle of wine is just what they need! I recommend this wine, it comes from my families small boutique winery in Napa Valley. You’ll need something to take the wine in, I love this faux fur option.
